Our Philosophy and Goals

The salon environment at EMB is an important part of the “total beauty experience.” Our salon was designed to give service in a relaxed, private and personal atmosphere. Believing that quality service is an art, the primary goal of each staff member is to consult and understand each client’s personal taste and life-style before making appropriate recommendations for the service. At EMB we use only the finest products available and recommend using these at home to extend the life of a salon service.

EMB Staff

The staff at EMB service clients according to their experience and expertise - through one of four levels, each with it’s own pricing schedule. Each EMB Image Studio designer has been instructed and trained with EMB cutting principles and “in-house” color and retexturizing services, as well as “in-house” training and instruction for nail and skin treatments. Each staff member is committed to update their knowledge in hair, nails, and skin services.

In Addition...

• We encourage children to enjoy the services of EMB - but our salon is not a safe environment for children who are not supervised while other services are being given.
• EMB Image Studio is a team of professionals who service their clients with a personal and caring attitude. We update our knowledge and expertise which develops consistency for each service, therefore, the appointment times for services are in demand. We would like to suggest that you schedule your future appointment before you leave the salon.
• EMB gift certificates are available at the front desk. These are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other special occasions.
• Every effort has been made to make the EMB Image Studio a clean, tranquil environment. For this reason, smoking is not permitted in the salon.
• Should a cancellation be necessary, please call us a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
• If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you would like a fresh point of view, please let us know. We are a team of professionals and are pleased to have clients work with all members of our staff.
